Böttcherstraße GmbH is the administration company of the historic Bremer Böttcherstrasse.

Founded in 1925 and a general tenant of the buildings, Böttcherstraße GmbH manages the operation and attractiveness of the street. It operates the art collections, Kunstsammlungen Böttcherstraße and Archivs der Böttcherstraße, and its own retail shops. It manages renting shops, restaurants, the cinema or the casino.

Since 1988, Böttcherstraße GmbH is a one-hundred percent subsidiary of the bank Sparkasse Bremen. It took over the real-estate administration division from Sparkasse Bremen in 2003.
