A member of our commercial staff will be available as your personal contact person. Technical concerns regarding repair or sanitation will be handled by our architect. This service is included in the annual remuneration within the framework of normal maintenance.

Administration of your condominium corporation

- Provide technical support and consultation with our construction engineer, within the framework of normal maintenance

- Provide annual statement of receipts and expenditures
- Provide additional cost accounting with the tenants
- Process the entire payment procedures
- Administer new rental of apartments with inspection, transfer, and lease procedures
- Administer current lease relations, including payment reminders
- Provide technical support and consulting by our construction engineer, within the framework of normal maintenance
