• Provide annual statement of receipts and expenditures
• Provide additional cost accounting with the tenants
• Process the entire payment procedures
• Administer new rental of apartments with inspection, transfer, and lease procedures
• Administer current lease relations, including payment reminders
• Provide technical support and consulting by our construction engineer, within the framework of normal maintenance
